All of our training & development workshops are highly interactive and produce results. We limit the registrations so that we focus on identifying and meeting each participant’s needs.
Our format includes:
- Instructor presentation
- Full-group discussions
- Small-group interactions
- Individual exercises
- Practice opportunities
- Optional videotaping
Value Added Option: Participants at each training workshop are encouraged to send an email within three months following the workshop and expect a personal reply to assist with their learning experience
On-site Training Programs can be customized to meet the client’s specific requirements and time frames. Options to determine client’s needs include:
- Questionnaires
- Focus group meetings
